Every foot bath during and after 30 mins or more, is different. The color of water will change slightly with just the ionizer in the water because there are metals and toxins in most water sources. This color would be a light, transparent, yellow to light orange. Notice the pics have much more than light yellow. You can even smell different smells especially if a smoker, heavy medications, menstruation, or other issues.

You can do up to 4-5 in a week and we offer packages. The more you do regularly, EVENTUALLY, you will see a change in what comes out and/or the odor. A minimum of 30 minutes is recommended per session and up to an hour to get to some of the larger organs and metals.

WHY IONIC DETOX

How it works:

 

An ionic foot detox works by pulling the toxins out of your body through your feet. The ionizing machine works to ionize the foot bath water.

This process is gives the hydrogen in the water a positive charge. The positive charge attracts the negatively charged toxins in your body. The ions in the foot bath water hold a charge that enables them bind to any heavy metals and toxins in your body, similar to how a magnet works. This allows the toxins to be pulled out through the bottoms of your feet.

Ionic Foot Detox  Protocols

 

Ages 12 and under: 1 session every two or three weeks – It is recommended that the average healthy child, using the machine with adult supervision, should undergo 10-15 minute sessions one time per week for 10 weeks. Following the 10 sessions, a maintenance program of 1 session every 14 days is recommended.


Ages 13-18: 1 session a week – It is recommended that the average healthy 13-17 year old, using the machine with adult supervision, should undergo 15-20 minute sessions one time per week for 10 weeks. Following the 10 sessions, a maintenance program of 1 session every 14 days is recommended.
 

Ages 19-49: 1-2 sessions a week – It is recommended that the average healthy adult undergo 30 minute sessions two times per week for 5 weeks. Following the 10 sessions, a maintenance program of 1 session every 7-10 days is recommended.
Ages 50 and over: 2-3 sessions a week – It is recommended that the average healthy adult undergo 30 minute sessions two times per week for 5 weeks. Following the 10 sessions, a maintenance program of 1 session every 7-10 days is recommended.
